Why Looper Systems exists
Most owners already know AI matters. They've read the headlines. Someone on the team is using ChatGPT on the side. What they don't have is time to sort the useful from the noise.
So it stalls. Tools pile up, nobody agrees on what's approved, and work that should've been automated a year ago still gets done by hand.
The contractor whose phone rings while he's under a sink has a version of the same problem. The work gets done, but something around the work is leaking time or money, and nobody's had a chance to fix it.
Looper Systems exists to find that thing and fix it. Sometimes the answer is AI. Sometimes it's a simple automation. Sometimes it's a better process and no new software at all. We'll tell you which.

Looper is another name for a golf caddy. They carry the bag, read the greens, pick the right club, and keep their golfer out of the bunkers and the water. They don't swing the club. They make sure every swing counts.

About Chad Drew
Chad Drew has spent more than 15 years building and operating businesses across e-commerce, product development, and digital marketing. He started out as a professional writer, spending more than a decade in television and comedy, which is where he learned to make complicated things simple.
Since 2014 he's owned and run Classy Wino, an e-commerce brand, and built the systems and automations behind it himself. He knows what it's like to run a business with too few hours and too few people.
Chad is TechStack certified, a member of the Claude Partner Network, and an authorized Claude SMB Trainer. He runs Looper Systems out of Manhattan Beach, helping small businesses put AI and automation to work in ways that are practical, not overwhelming.
